I am having so much fun with this. My knees aren't the best, so I can't do squats or anything like that, but I can dance and this is giving me quite the workout.

I recently had a knee replacement. I've been having problems. My lymphatic system is clogged and I'm trying to get my pumps back on the back of my legs. I believe this machine will help me

I am absolutely loving my LifePro vibration plate! From the quality to the performance, everything feels incredibly well made and easy to use. I originally got it to help with circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle recovery, and overall wellness…and I genuinely feel a difference after using it consistently.
It’s become part of my daily routine, whether before a workout, after a long day on my feet, or even just to help loosen up and recharge. The different settings are great, it feels sturdy and professional, and I was surprised by how relaxing and energizing it is at the same time.
I also love that it’s simple to use and doesn’t take up a ton of space. Definitely feels like a wellness investment I’ll continue using long term. Highly recommend to anyone looking to support recovery, movement, circulation, and overall health at home!

Yes it rocks and rolls and vibrates and feels so good. Only had it a couple weeks but it is great so far. Looking forward to getting into all the uses it has to improve my health.
