I bought this for lymphatic draining, and recovery from my chiropractic care I'm doing weekly. I fastly found that this can be used for so many different things from recovery to more effective workouts. I'm so excited and have such high hopes for this.

Can't wait t to use my machine!! I have osteoporosis and have been told by my therapist and my chiropractor this machine will help me. I am going slow to make sure I don't do something harmful.
