I recently purchased and I have several health issues so I started on low and 5 to 8 minutes per session. I feel better each time and look forward to enjoying the plate for years to come!

Just got the Waver out of the box

I just love the Purple Color and also how quiet it is. I used it on the first program for 10 minutes and I feel relaxed. My feet got the most exercise and they are feeling happy! LOL
I will try to stick with the suggested plans and gradually increase my endurance. It is a great product! Thanks!

Love my vibrational plate!

I used my sisters last week for the first time ever! It was a different brand and smaller. After some research, I selected lifepro. I received it on Dec. 9, 2024 and have used it 2x ... it is Dec. 10th lol. I love the size and the different speeds. I tend to stand wide for the maximum vibration but love that I can change my stance to vary the workout as well. I'm looking forward to using it daily!
