Feeling Better Already

I have only had this wonderful product for 4 days but already with 2x use for 15 minutes per day I feel my knees getting stronger. Looking forward to what the future holds with this product. My goal is to be strong enough to hike our National Parks without pain as we have just retired and look forward to travel.

Just received out new Waver Vibration plate. My husband is recovering from a work-related knee injury. He used it for 15 mins seated in a chair with his feet on the plate, has balance issues. Said he could feel the movement in his knees and lower back. I used it in a standing position for 15 mins. You can control the intensity of the vibration according to positions of feet and by squatting or bending your knees more. I am impressed with the unit and will continue to post as we progress along learning what the unit can do.

My daughter borrowed my Rumblex by Lifepro while I was on vacation. She loved it so much I let her keep it and I bought the Waver. It was easy to set up and is very quiet. I like the included bands and the exercise chart. I use it with hand weights, not included.

Since I just opened the box & set the waver up, I can't give an honest review as yet. But I had to fill this out to submit my warranty...

I have not used the Waver yet. According to the user manual, registration is done prior to using the plate. I can give another rating after I use the Waver.
