I received my Lifepro Waver 4 days ago.
And I love it for lower back pain relief.
My wife uses it for muscle tension relief after work.
She describes it as a deep massage.
We love our Lifepro Waver

Just beginning with this waver vibration plate, so unable to offer much yet. However it does seem well made and is relatively quiet when using at lower speed. I will follow up in a couple of months. I am having trouble finding the video library that they note in the booklet.

I have only used the plate for 2 days. I workout 5 days a week and wanted to add to my workouts. So far all I have done is stand on it for 15 minutes each day and I am sore. That’s great! I wasn’t sure it was doing anything but I know now that it is. Excited about long term use of this product!
