Great vibration plate!

My husband and I love this vibration plate. It has so many programs to choose from and it feels great. I'm doing just 15 minutes a day right now but plan to work up to about 3 times a day. It's good for so many things, including bone density and posture and balance according to my doctor. My daughter loves hers and that's where I got the information to order mine. Also, I got it on sale!
