Just received the waver vibration plate. Was supposed to also receive a agility mini ball but did not get one. Have not had a chance to try the waver plate yet, so that is why the review is only 3 starts.

This is what I needed. I do a lot of sitting due to my job and my hobbies. I can now stand on this device and do my exercises to keep my blood circulating all it takes is 15 minutes twice a day! I have a lot of hip and back issues and this device is easy on my joints.!
