I think this will be helpful, but it doesn't make sense to have to write a review before you can register your purchase. I haven't really had a chance to use it and the online exercises aren't available until I submit a review.

Pain in foot gone.

The only thing that has changed in my physical activity routine is this machine, and the day after using it the pain in my foot disappeared. My right foot always felt tight especially after working out. It would be sore and always felt like I needed a good foot massage. Standing on the balls of my feet was out of the question without a sharp pain shooting through my right foot. I wasn’t even thinking that this machine would help with that. I purchased it to increase the effects of my workout. Right now I have stood on the balls of my feet several times while writing this review with out pain. I’m excited to see what else occurs because of the use of my Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate.

Life pro Wellness

Purchased the life pro as part of my wellness goals and as an addition to my home fitness. Currently I have a very good indoor cycle and revitive. The life pro will improve my home activities and I hope in time alleviate some of the arthritic pain I have. I am using this as part of a regime to help reduce obesity and now that I have got used to the movements I can already feel the effect it is having on my muscles and body tone.

Only used twice

The main power cord doesn't fit snug, it wiggles loosely. Also in the remote only one battery fits correctly and the remote won't operate because of it. The left battery sits too high. Otherwise...I believe this machine will do exactly as you say it will and I look forward to using it. I've used it twice so far for 15min on lowest setting. Felt good. The plug issue i would have to send a video for that.
