I just received my Lifepro Vibration Plate. It arrived well-packaged. I noticed immediately that it is heavy, which I feel is a good thing for exercise equipment. It works great and is nice and big to accommodate my size 10 feet. My husband likes it too. I used it for about 15 minutes and was a little sore the next day, which means it works in my opinion. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Pulled it out of the box, plugged it in, read over the directions, set it for 10 minutes, level 2, grabbed my chair and enjoyed the next 10 minutes.
I'm looking forward to the increases and benefits. And, I just ordered the Sauna Blanket. Thanks for everything!

My husband got this for me for Christmas and finally opened it today. Just went through the preliminary setup and checking out of the packaging. Liked the "First Steps" and the "Get Ready!" instructions to try it out. I have balance issues and he is building me a frame to be able to stand up with some of the exercises. Had results right away in my hip area and looking forward to trying out the other ones also. The 'Start Guide' is also helpful for the various areas of the body. Hoping to start out the New Year with working with all the exercises.

I wasn’t sure which warranty I needed I have the large waver with all the accessories I didn’t see a name on the box. I used it for the first time today Time will tell ?
