have not used it yet. Tha "manual" seems to be a one page document. There is no information as to how to connect the weight lifting straps.

I’ve had my vibration pad for less than a month and I’m already seeing visible results for the short time I’ve been using it. My kiddos are also loving using the vibration pad as well!

I like using it after work when I'm watching some tv. I can feel it in my legs and whole body after using it. It's nice with the settings and the remote. Highly recommend.

LOVE IT!

I love it so far, I have arthritis and I had a hip replaced. Since I have used it it has made me more comfortable walking and my pain is easing up. It's wonderful!
