It seems to have help loosen up my muscles and a tremendous help on my neuropathy. I like the fact that it's very quiet. I haven't had mine very long but I really believe it will help me lose the weight I need too faster than if I didn't have at all. My son uses it too. We both enjoy the information that helps us to make better choices for each of our own bodies to choose the best setting and exercise.

I am excited to try out this waver vibration platform. I know that I need to improve bone density and improve circulation and this seems like a great way to get started that takes very little effort. I look forward to learning more about how to benefit from this device. So far, it's as easy to use as I was anticipating!
