So far it has been so helpful to use this at our leisure...inside...while it is snowing outside at the time...My husband has severe back problems so he can sit, and put his feet on this to get circulation since walking is hard on him..causing a lot of pain. We hope this helps!

I just received this waver vibration plate as a gift for Christmas and I already love it so much. I have a constant pain in my legs and after using this, my legs feel so good. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing the progress.
