Feels Good

I need a better routine with usage, but it feels so good to my legs and hips. The burn I feel on level P9 is awesome. I feel rejuvenated. I have rheumatoid arthritis and hoping this helps my joints and balance. It has a remote that is very beneficial, resistance bands, and exercise cords that attach to the machine on each side that can be used to work the muscles in your arms. I am excited!

Easy to use, lots of speed settings, doesn’t take up a lot of room. Love that it comes with bands as well.
