Have only had a chance to use for a few minutes since I just received it yesterday. But seems it will be a good addition to my workouts.

The Waver Vibration Plate has so far exceeded my expectations. The vibration plate is very substantial, solidly made, and works flawlessly over its excellent range of speeds. The extra features: timer, programmed workouts, resistance bands, remote control, all add to the overall thoughtful product design. The accompanying booklet is excellent.

This is a fantastic device. Easy to unpack, assemble (plug in the electric plug and 2 batteries in remote control), and feels so good when using it. I suffer with Sciatica and Periformis muscle problems and this relaxes everything,

I've had the vibration plate for a few days now and I cannot say enough great things about it! This is the workout switch up I have been looking for! I cannot wait to feel/see the results in the coming weeks
