I haven’t had it long enough to comment on how much it will help my overall health, because I have only used it for one week. It was easy to set up and to operate. I started with sitting the first day, but since then have done 15 minute increments standing. I have not experienced the itching as some people commented. I can’t do the deep squats right now because of.knee pain, but I am hoping this improves with time and use. So far I am pleased with my purchase. I keep it close by as a reminder to use daily.

Looks sturdy, I like the white option.
It is a fixture in my living room for now.
Got it to increase circulation and assist with lymphatic drainage.
Hopefully will also will do all it promises; increased bone and core strength, relieve joint pain.

I have a few health problems that prohibit me from exercising enough. This product is just what I needed to get on the road to recovery! It’s very well made and easy to use. I store it under my coffee table so it’s convenient to pull out and use. So far so good!!! I have used it everyday. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!!
