I’m 71 and fighting osteoporosis & balance issues that originated after a broken knee & chemo treatments… on top of usual aging. I haven’t had my Waver long enough to prove it’s helping, but my gut says it is. I use it every evening before bed to help with swelling from being on my feet for much of the day at work. My knee feels better. My sciatica resolved quickly. And I’m sleeping well. I’m really hopeful that it’s helping strengthen my bones… it’s certainly working on the supporting muscles. I’m thrilled to have discovered this & I’m eager to develop a more diverse exercise program for increased benefits as time goes on..

I bought it for myself, but when I pulled it out and set it up, she asked me a bunch of questions about it. I told her what it does, what it's good for, and so on. The next thing I know, she's climbing on top of it and wants to try it. She did 5 min before I even got to try it. She has balance issues, so I bet she'll be doing it more often. :D

We're a retired couple looking for ways to increase and improve movement and keep our mobility. I am trying to avoid knee replacement. The Waver board looks like it will be a nice addition to our little guest bedroom "home gym".?
