So far this looks to be a great product. I have health issues and my activity has gotten very limited as a result. My pain is better when I can move so I am excited to see if this product helps my chronic condition. Especially hoping it helps with losing weight and building muscle.

Taking it slow

I've just recovered from a broken pelvis (AND have osteoporosis) so being cautious, but my grandson & his friends love it & we had an entertaining afternoon watching them take turns using it. He says it makes his back feel better. I can see how the vibration is good for releasing tension. My husband & I aren't exactly young, so I have it set up next to a railing for support. So far, so good!

I just got the Waiver so haven't had a chance to use it too many times, but so far I can already feel a difference in my circulation, which is why I purchased the product in the first place. I have a standing desk so I'm keeping the Waiver underneath and using it for 15 minutes twice a day. Really enjoying the convenience and ease of use!
