I have a friend who's DEXA numbers recently increased with consistent use of her Waver Vibration Plate, so I had to get it! I received my plate late yesterday. Today is my first day of use and I'm hopeful for the same results in time.

I haven't had it very long; however, I have enjoyed it. The workout intensities are perfect. One that that impressed me the most was the information material that comes with the Waver. Read it! It's great information. I'm going to take their recommendation and start out at P0 and work my way up. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout.
