I’m 90 years old, use my vibration plate for 10 mins every day. Starting slow,. Hope to build up strength in my legs and my arms. so far so good.

I was disappointed that the placement of unit receptacleto unit is located in the front rather the back. I have to stand on it reverse. More annoying is that the plug into unit receptacle is not a snug fit and I must each time check that the connection is secure before powering up.
