Just got it and already love it!

Just used it for the first time on low setting for 15 minutes and am totally impressed. About 5 minutes in, I suddenly felt tension release and could immediately breathe deeper. I didn't do anything but stand there with my feet spread apart and breathe. I did bend my legs some, carefully. I'm 76, and my balance is non existent, but surprisingly, I was able to balance. I positioned the Waver close to the wall to be able to stabilize myself if needed. I will be using it daily from now on. I'm hoping it improves my circulation and lymphatic fluid deposits so my feet swelling will stop. I can't take a picture of me on the machine that would show the work.

I purchased the Wave Vibration Plate and so far I'm really enjoying it. I try to use it everyday for at least 15 minutes.

Good but...

I use the platform for strength and stability training. But I really want more information on the different setting/programs. The platform markets lymphatic drainage, but there is nothing in the user manual on what the optimal setting might be. I would just love more information to utilize a great product to it's full potential

Nice to have the waver at home to use at my convenience. I believe it is helping my balance issues. Hopefully my bones are getting stronger as well
