We purchased the vibration plate a few months ago this ago. Great idea. We love it and can feel the effects. Hope to see even more progress, just not sure what all to expect.

It won’t allow you to change the setting in the middle of a program. Gets frustrating if you are too fast or too slow. You need to turn the power off and start over. It’s much higher than my last vibration plate.
