Helping unlock my tight hip flexors like nothing else

I have a very tight illeopsoas, particularly on the left and a snapping hip. I tried all kinds of things trying to get it to release, this board get in there. after a couple rounds, I feel a relaxation I had not felt in years.

I used it for just 30 seconds and felt a little dizzy. I'm very excited to get started with this. I most likely need to be super hydrated before I start, per the manual instructions.
