Rumblex 4D arrived today! I used it right away and my initial thoughts are it seems great! Looking forward to feeling less stiffness in the morning and for the overall whole body lymphatic drainage that these vibe plates provide.

I just received the Rumblex Vibration Plate and used it for the first time. I liked the ease of use of the wrist remote and the vibration that was full body. I am excited to try different programs and exercises.

This product is a must have for anybody but especially if you are an athlete of any kind. After a work out no matter what your sport and then you jump on this vibration plate, it shakes out all the stiffness and tightness you may have. It is wonderful and so glad I made the investment.
