I just received my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate. It was packaged very professionally. The unit is extremely sturdy, heavy and seems to be built well. I will leave another review after I have been able to use it for a while!! Looking forward to seeing where this takes me!!

Lifepro gives Life

I’ve had my plate for years and only used it the day that I received it. That was the biggest regret I’ve made. Four years after having it I decided to give it a try for back pain and swelling ankles. Ive decided to give it a try because I didn’t want to take pain meds. After the first use of 10 minutes I noticed relief in my back. Since I have been using it 4 days a week my legs have not been swollen thanks to my vibration plate.
