Absolutely love my vibration plate!

I enjoy using the vibration plate. It is not overpowering. Makes you feel like the intensity of you workout is more without adding extra on top of what you are already doing (weights, stretching,etc)

Hovert vibration plate

I received the life pro vibration plate as a gift for both my birthday and Mother’s Day. My kids bought me the blue one. It came with leg bands and arm bands. It also has a remote so you can customize or use the preprogrammed setting. After a long day of sitting behind a desk my ankles and feet swell. stand on this for 10 minutes sometimes I do two sessions but it makes my feet and legs feel better.

I just got the machine and tested it. Everything seems to work as needed. The arm bands are too long though.
