I love my new vibration plate. It is high quality and just what I wanted to add to my workout routine. The remote didn’t work when I first got it and the company was very helpful and sent me a new one right away.

Doesn't always work

Stopped working for a month. Finally got it to work after many attempts at various reboot cycles.
No replacements available per warranty department. So we live with it flaws and all.

Every time you start it up, it stops and you have to restart about 5 to 10 times until it won’t stop.

I’m so enjoying the benefits of my Lifepro. I use it in the morning to energize my body and in the evening to massage my muscles before bed. I work out around 3 to 4 days at the gym so I’m always on the sore side, my board helps my soreness shaking up my muscles but does tone your body at the same time. It’s will continue to be my daily routine to feel great and fit.

This is similar to a vibration plate I used at the chiropractors office. They set it on low and you stood there for 5-10 minutes. I loved it but they wouldn't let me use it more than that! Then I found I could have my own!! Start slow as it really feels like nothing much, and build up. Don't over do it to start. I feel it in my legs and core. I also have my elderly father in law use it on 1 for 3 minutes to help his circulation and balance. I recommend it to everyone.

My workout facility just put one their gym. I have bad knees and back. Being on the device immediately began making the aches and pains tolerable. Just got it. Looking forward to using it daily.

Wow! What Fun!

This is the most fun I've had in a long time as far as enjoying just being physical and being challenged. An oldster, I no longer do triathlons or races. I miss it. This gives me the same feeling, yet I home and safe and can adjust it to fit my mood.
