It’s only been a few days, but I’m already feeling results! I’ve found 10 minutes in the morning and late afternoon works best for me. If I use the plate in the evening, I’m a little wired and have trouble falling asleep. So far, so good!

Our remote control doesn’t work. We haven’t got to use it much. Just got it. Not sure yet how it’s going to work for us.
