... but loving it already. I'm finding the vibration plate a great way to loosen up tight muscles after a long hike. My legs feel less heavy and more relaxed.

Purchased to help with lymphatic drainage, restless legs, and overall better toning. Only received two days ago but am using it daily for 15 minutes a suggested. Will post again in 90 days to give a better review.

Helps relieve tires muscles
