I tried it for the first time today and it was awesome. I use a much larger one in my chiropractor's office. This is a nice addition to my home gym!

Early days but……. I’m impressed

I’ve only used this waver plate twice since it arrived yesterday. But, I’m impressed with how easy it is for those of any age group to set up and use. I did my own research before embarking on buying one of these. Life pro came up very highly recommended and especially this wave plate. Will share more as I progress further. One Love All! Kia?

Fun addition to a boring workout

I purchased the Waiver Vibration Plate to help with detoxification, increased bone density, and maybe some extra fat loss. I have used the machine one time, as it just arrived in the mail. I do not have high expectations, but it does add some fun jiggling to my boring workouts. I could also feel some burning in my quadriceps muscles, as you are required to keep your knees bent. That was a plus!

First impression not bad!

Although I haven’t had my Waver Vibration Plate for long, I can say that my first experience felt great! I’m definitely looking forward to seeing results!
