Really helps lymphadema

Have used this for several days as a beginner and the swelling has gone down considerably already. I use it twice a day for 15 minutes each and increase the vibration each time. Will be going to next level of standing with use. My balance has improved also.

Good. I also own another brand to compare it to. The lateral movement on this one is not as strong, but otherwise seems like a good machine.

I will need to use the product before I can give an actual review. So far, it is sturdy and looks to be well made. Did a quick 5 minutes to get used to it. Relaxing.

I love my vibration plate. I've only used it for a little less than a week. I have noticed that I'm not as stiff as I was and i am sleeping better. My new favorite workout.
