FIRST DAYS OF USE

I want to let you know I have been using before bedtime and after 4 days I feel much more alert during work and starting to sleep better and longer. I am amazed with the quietness of it. Beginner but excited to continue using.

My husband and I both use it for balance. I love the way I feel after I use it, I just feel more sure footed.
