I’ve only tried it once I’m impressed with the quality of the product. I did squats to try it out today and I liked the intensity of using all the leg and core to stay stable .

Purchase for lower leg blood circulation. It works

I’m so glad I purchased this product. In my left leg there was a slight pain and swelling and a quivering feeling. I’ve had it for YEARS. After 2 sessions with the machine blood and child’s are circoNd that quiver sensation is gone 100%

I love this exercise tool so much! After sitting behind a computer for 8 hours a day the lifepro is exactly what I need to revitalize myself. I feel great after every use! This is a must buy!

Truly Helps and Worth Every Penny

My husband was struggling with lower back pain and my mom suggested that he try out her vibration plate (she has the mini). He was very skeptical but, after a single 15-minute session, he was sold. He felt immediate relief! We decided to buy one for ourselves, and went with the full size Waver, and have been using it daily. I like to use it to loosen up tight muscles after sitting at my desk all day. He loves to use it first thing in the morning to help loosen up his muscles after sleeping. It's definitely worth every penny!
