I love the Waver Vibration Plate. It has helped me in so many ways. I have not had it long but already I have lost inches that I have not been able to for over a year. It has helped my stress level. I cannot wait to see what is next as I learn other ways to use this.

I’m over 65 and like the way I feel after use of the waver vibration plate. I can’t work out like I did before. But I know I’m getting some movement and helping my body to keep in shape.
