Love at first vibe

A good friend recommended a vibration plate, but I was skeptical so kept putting off buying one. After some research into how it could help my spinal issues (scoliosis, arthritis, slipping discs), I ordered one yesterday. I love it...after one 15 minute session, I'm convinced ?

Very pleased with the LifePro Waver! I sit all day at work working on the computer. When I get home I look forward to using the waver to destress and get a workout all from the convenience of my home?❤️?️♂️

I actually bought the waver for my daughter who has low bone density. I had to try it out and gave myself the first day to adjust to it. I will now be jumping into the routines and incorporating it into my daily routine which also includes hiking the mountain near the house and wall pilates. I love the way I feel after a session and will be purchasing my own waver.
