I haven't had it long enough to give a full review but can say this for certain: It has already exceeded my expectations; it looks and feels quality made; and my grandson (age 22) and I (age 67) both love it!!

I dont have much to say I just got it and am reading d manuel. Tested it for a few minutes. I could feel my whole body vibrate on level 1. We will see how it goes.

My orthopedist recommended that I try this to improve circulation to my lower legs and feet.
I just received my Waver Vibration Plate a couple of hours ago, and have just now finished a 15 minute session while sitting. Easy breezy!
Very pleasant and I feel very “doable”. I still have much reading and learning to do, but I really feel that this will greatly benefit me and improve my overall health.
