My vibration plate came quickly and was easy to set up. It comes with numerous workout options. It’s easy to use and stand on the plate while watching tv.

Great product, the plate itself is a little larger than expected but works great and the large plate allows for a bigger intensity span. Cant wait to incorporate it in my daily routine
