So far, I have used the Vibration Plate every day since I got it. I felt like I had more energy today when I went for a run and wondering if that's a benefit from using the Vibration Plate. My husband has been using too, and I don't even have to urge him.

I was sick when I got the vibration plate. I used it for 15 minutes and later that evening I felt so much better. I’m super excited to see all the results.

I received my Lifepro today and I already love it! So excited for the health benefits. I have had an incredibly stressful week, my elderly dad is in the hospital and 30 minutes on my new Waver took away my headache and relieved the tension in my neck.
