Just doing 15 minutes has helped me to sleep better at night. According to my sleep tracker I’m getting more deep sleep than I did before. That’s a win for me.

This is amazing! Hands down this is my new favorite workout buddy! So easy on my joints but I can definitely feel the burn using the vibration plate and the included resistance bands! After being on the fence about this for months… my only regret is not ordering sooner ? I can’t wait to see where I will be in the coming weeks!

I’ve just started using it but so far so good. I’m starting slowly and I’ve used the plate both sitting and standing at the lowest speed. I am excited to use this more and at greater speeds because I can definitely see the heathy benefit potential in it.
