So far great buy

Sofar it's helping with tight muscles after work. I'm starting slow on speed 1 and only for about 5 min. It does a good job of making my muscles feel better. Hopes are high that it continues. But sofar I really like it.

Just experienced my first time on my Lifepro Vibration plate. My doctor recommended it to me over a year ago and I was just able to purchase it. I've been saving up. Not sure what I expected but it sure wasn't this full body workout feeling, without the pain! Just the beginning warm up routine which lasted for 15 minutes. It was awesome and cannot wait to do more! It's so much quieter than I had expected. I'll be able to do this in the evening when my husband and I typically watch TV. I'm just so excited to see the results over time.

Hard to give a review when I received it just yesterday. But I can say I’m impressed with the quality and no noise while it’s on. The true test will be how it improves my bone density. I’m a fitness instructor so I’m familiar with how important exercise is for bone health.
