I’ve had my Waver vibration plate for about a week now and so far I’m loving it! It seems to be helping with some low back pain I’ve been experiencing. I’ve done some little workouts with the resistance band and can really feel it. I’m looking forward to joining the community and discovering some workouts to follow (I’ve been just making it up as I go so far). I’ll have to follow up once I’ve had it longer to hopefully share some great results!!!
I’ve had mine for three months now and use it at least five times a week. I do squats on it and arm exercises and you can really feel the burn. It’s sturdy and relatively quiet, not too heavy to move around but it could do with the plug/lead being longer as you have to be right next to a wall plug or use an extension. Also it could do with a pause button on the remote because if you have to temporarily stop for any reason you have to go back and start the program again. I would however recommend this product to anyone it’s really well made.
I’m 72 and the toes on both my feet had become numb. In researching this problem, it seemed to be the beginning of neuropathy. Because of the numbness, my balance was off, and I had to use the Waver plate by sitting and placing my feet on the plate. I started with just one minute on its lowest setting. The vibrations were very soothing and enjoyable. After only a few days, the numbness was significantly decreased. I am now increasing the speed and length of a session gradually. I hope to report a complete recovery which I will report when it occurs. I thank Bill Nott who set up a link on his YouTube channel for showing me how to find LifePro.
I’ve been using a vibration machine at a wellness center and was very pleased with the performance of the Lifepro plate - felt the affects the very first use. The size is perfect. Liked the feet position labeling in the surface.
