New to a vibration machine

Just tried for the first time today, 15 minutes of no. 1 speed. I felt the tingling after. Will keep using this machine hopefully it can increase my bone density and improve circulation. The machine is pretty quiet and I felt the movement of the machine from the chest down. I can’t wait to explore more of the intensity and the level this machine offered. So far so good.

After using one a few times at my childs daycare, I decided to get one. I definitely have noticed an improvement in recovery etc.
