It’s quiet enough to use while watching tv and when my wife first got on it she said , “oh that feels so good.” We will see if there are long term benefits but first impressions are that it is powerful and quiet.

Start slow . I love this to warm my muscles up before a workout and to loosen tension after a long day . I feel like it helps me access my muscles more . It can be used in so many ways . It’s even good for my teen who has adhd it seems to help regulate him . I love to do banded squats and push ups on low vibration .
