There's a large number of steps in the vibration settings. Also good variety of pre-programmed vibrations modes. Not sure if it's my unit only but it did creak a little when stepping on it. Otherwise works as intended.

Easy to set up and use. Sturdy construction. Relaxing on the legs. We are looking forward to using the programmed settings.
