Helps so much

I was suprised how much better I would feel after a hard work out in the pol or a good hike to vibrate. I also added it post dryland excerciises. My Legs particularly were cramping and tight. Now they recover much faster. The other surprising result seems to be increased tone and dropping a little weight not sure if it is the plate but sure feels like it is part of the success.

love the vibration plate. It gets things moving again in your older age. My husband of 85 loves to use it setting in a chair, I am 73 and I stand, sit do planks.], and so stretching moves.. Also do waist twists at the lower vibration speeds This is a game changer for the elderly.

The vibration plate is easy to use and move to any space you are in. I love the color choices to match your personality. I recommend this product for anyone looking to get in shape and help calm the nervous system and move lymph.

So far, just set machine up. Did a trial workout to assure understanding of reading material, instructions.
Looking forward to getting into more set workouts and improving circulation, lumph drainage, etc..
