Love my Waver!

I work out often and have wondered about the added benefits of a vibration plate. I’ve only worked out twice with it thus far, but I noticed a physical difference.

So far I am impressed with the device. It seems very sturdy and well built. I can tell just from using it a few times that it is working on my muscles! I like how you can start out slow and easy and progressively get faster and more difficult. I can definitely see myself using it for years to come!

Just started low level vibration sessions and feeling better already. My recent blood tests also showed improved values. Will be using longer term to confirm if a 5 star rating can be assigned.

I’ve been using my plate for 2weeks , and I’m so happy with it. Such a great addition to working out. Better muscle tone and balance. A great lymph support and energy booster. Very pleased.
