I suffer from lymphedema due to an autoimmune disease. After using for one week, I feel lighter, less heavy, mobility is improved with 15-minutes of use in various positions on the 3 to 5 setting. Hopefully with continuing use, the foggy headedness and other areas of concern will be mitigated, or at least, keep me in a tolerable good place.
When I saw this advertised, my first thought was, "that would feel so good for my hips and back" I am 62 and was a letter carrier for 35 years. My joints ache. I am looking forward to the different workouts. I've only had my vibration plate for 2 days, but the kink I usually get in my lower back when I turn on my side hasn't seemed to be an issue the past 2 nights.
