I received this as a bday present and just opened it up today. My lower back was bothering me from a bunch of work I was doing around the house. After just a few minutes of standing on my Wave plate i felt my body relax and felt rejuvenated in just a few minutes. Looking forward to many other ways I can use my Wave for my health.
