I started using my Waver Vibration Plate a couple of days ago. I have Stage 2 Lymphodema, and, in just a couple of days the swelling looks better. I have a professional compression machine but no change. The Waver Vibration Plate has made a big difference on the swelling! Amazing! I have suffered with pain and swelling for a couple days and it's already improving!

Easy to use and solid build quality

Set up was simple and it’s been very easy to incorporate into our daily routine. Too soon to tell if all of the long term benefits apply, but we definitely notice improved muscle recovery. Especially after leg day. Also, you can tell it is well built and should hold up.
