Just bought it and I love it. Very sturdy! Easy to set up. Definitely heavier than I thought I would be. The vibrations are stronger than I thought too

Just received this, but I know it’s going to be a great addition to our home gym. I used one everyday at our local gym to help with soreness and lymphatic drainage.

Waver vibration plate
on July 11, 2025
Posted by: Jennifer
I just received my waver vibration plate a few weeks ago. I have used almost every day. So far, I haven’t seen any results as far as reduced cellulite or fat loss. However, I know these type of results take time and consistency. I do feel like it works your muscles as I have noticed the soreness in my abdomen.
