Vibrate for Lipodema

So far so good! I’ve heard wonderful things about vibration plates for Lipodema, of which 11% of women have. I am going to continue to use this every day to jumpstart my lymphatic system before my workouts. Wish me luck!

Excited to get started with my Lifepro Waver

I just received my waver and already love it! I have used it for 3 days, two times a day for 15 minutes. I feel the circulation in my legs and fee have improved. Can't wait to see how it works to tone my leg muscles.
