This vibration plate has given me a new lease on life. I tend to carry a lot of inflammation and have arthritis in my lower back. I felt and saw a difference in my movement after just a few uses. Thank you, Lifepro!

Good beginner plate

It's simple and beginner friendly. It was hard to find the specs and I may have purchased a different plate if I had known the specs of each one beforehand. That's my only critic so far. You shouldn't have to dig to find the HZ, amplitude, and other specs of each plate.

Just bought the vibration plate on a recommendation from a massage therapist. Used it a few times so far. Will have yo see if there are any short, mid and long term benefits.
