I just purchased the Waver vibration plate to debunk my neighbor who is taking Ozempic for weight loss and thinks that a vibration plate will tone her without any extra exercise. I would really love to review this product, but I just unboxed it. Please check back with me in a few weeks and I’d be happy to give a complete review of this product as I am a fitness junkie and I have multiple sclerosis so I will give a complete review of this product. I exercise daily. I row 30 minutes at a minimum, walk over 5 miles per day and do 1 hour of some YouTube exercise led instructional video every day. I have gone from using a cane to walking independently. I take my health very seriously and that is why I think that the use of Ozempic is seriously not a joke and should not be used for weight loss later on using this machine exclusively to get fit. I’m not here to disprove the effectiveness of this machine. I’m hoping that this machine will do what it says. I would love to give it five stars.

I’ve had this vibration plate for a few days now, and while I’m still in the early stages, I’m really liking it so far! It offers a variety of settings, which makes it easy to customize sessions based on what I need. I’m particularly hoping it will help with blood circulation and posture over time.
The build quality feels solid, and the vibrations are powerful yet smooth. It’s straightforward to use, and the different intensity levels let me gradually adjust to it. I also appreciate that it's compact and doesn't take up too much space.

Why did we wait so long?

So glad we finally went for it! I’m on my feet all day and have been struggling with them being sore even in the morning when I get up. After reading a few other reviews that the Waver Vibration Plate helps with it, they were not exaggerating! Had it for a few days and my husband is loving it too. We will both be using it daily to help with whole body workouts and my feet are already getting relief.
