I received my Waver as a gift for Mother’s Day this year. I had a spinal fusion in 2023 and some days I struggle with stiffness and soreness in lower extremities. I’ve been using this for almost two weeks now and have seen a significant improvement already just on the beginner level. I am gradually increasing the intensity every few days and adding in bands. I can’t wait to see the continued results on the coming weeks/months!

I just unboxed the Waver Life Pro Fitness this morning after receiving it late late evening. I was impressed with the packaging first thing. Itis heavy, so be careful lifting out of box. Everything was well secured and there was no shifting of any of the items. I was surprised by how much it does vibrate, as I was expecting a gentle wave. But it is not interfere with stability. I will review thisj product again after I've had more time on it. I am 80 years old and will use it to gain more stability when walking or bending. Thanks, this product seems to be very well engineered and built.

We just got ours today and both of us used it sitting down.
I'm excited to use it long term for health improvements.
